The school’s elementary teachers truly went above and beyond the call of duty in organising and coordinating this event. The teachers, through their creativity and special talents, taught students how to dance, sing songs and put on a grand production. Beatles facts and history were presented in Armenian, while songs and dance were performed in English. It was a colourful evening filled with costumes from the 60’s and 70’s transporting the audience to a different era.
Every seat in the Nerses Tashdjian Gymnasium was occupied by parents and grandparents, many of whom had taken time off from their busy schedules, all became completely captivated and entranced in the performances of the students. At the end of the program, the elementary students were joined by the preschool toddlers and students, together singing and dancing with a united and unparalleled Pilibos spirit!
The collaborative effort of Pilibos’ elementary teachers and all of its students is truly commendable and deserves all the accolades.
