SYDNEY: Sydney Armenian jeweller Varoujan Djevahirdjian has taken out the Jewellery Association of Australia's biggest category award with a ring called "Sunshine".
Djevahirdjian, of Varoujan Jewellers, has backed up his design award win of 2009 with another, this time in the category dubbed 'Jewellery with a retail value of over $5,000.00'.
Djevahirdjian told Armenia Online: "Last year's win was sweet, knowing that you can design and compete with the best in Australia. But uo back that up with a second win makes us so proud anc confirms that the first win was not just a coincidence."
